The spacious apartment is on the ground floor. It is comfortable and of high quality.
On about 55 square meters you will find an open living and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
Our apartment is threshold-free - all rooms are easily accessible by wheelchair or walker. 1m wide doors allow sufficient movement, the bathroom is handicapped accessible. Allergy sufferers will also feel comfortable with us.
A parking space belongs to the apartment. A large bike room and a play area with a swing, slide and sandpit are available as a community facility.

In accordance with the Pricing Ordinance (PAngV) and case law, our prices include the costs for electricity, heating, water and waste disposal. The final cleaning costs of € 60.00 are also included in our prices. Bed linen can be rented on site. On request you can get a children's travel bed, bed linen and a buggy. Please contact us if necessary.

The apartment is just a few steps from the sea water indoor wave pool. The North Sea and the Hooksmeer leisure area with tennis courts, pedal boat rental, sports boat harbors, sailing school, surfing bay, water ski facility, pony rides for younger guests are quickly accessible.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Beach chairs and outdoor dining are available on the wonderfully long sandy beach. Watching the game of clouds or the children digging sand, searching for shells and flying kites ... everyday life is far away.
There is a special section of beach for nudists. If you're brave, try kitesurfing. Just watching is fun!
